Everyone loves a good fish and chips. Its not a typical Japanese dish, but you can't have Japanese every night! The seafood and potatoes are all local anyway -- we use Hokkaidio "chum" salmon (fried in breadcrumbs), generous serving of locally farmed Kutchan potato wedges, plus lemon wedge and a tub of yummy sauce.
